Imagine the minstrels of ye olden times had electric guitars and a double-bass drum - that's Spellblast in a nutshell. A fun mix of epic/power metal and medieval folk music, which somewhat reminds me of older Iron Maiden.

Battlecry, Spellblast's second full-length release, has strong, clear vocals, good guitar solos, but might be a tad bit heavy on the double-bass drums, though that's certainly a subjective opinion. Overall, if you want to try your metal with a touch of the olde, definitely give this a shot.
